<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-quality ceramic laminate which can be transferred without applying large load to a ceramic sheet when the ceramic sheet is transferred to laminate support means from film-formation support means via a peeling-transfer roll.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing ceramic laminates includes: a film-formation roll 12 having a ceramic sheet S formed on a surface thereof; a peeling-transfer roll 14 which is in contact with the film-formation roll 12, with the ceramic sheet S interposed therebetween, and peels off the ceramic sheet from the film-formation roll; and a lamination roll 16 which is in contact with the peeling-transfer roll, with the ceramic sheet S interposed therebetween, peels off the ceramic sheet from the peeling-transfer roll, and laminates the ceramic sheets to obtain the ceramic laminate. An outer periphery of the peeling-transfer roll 14 is formed by an elastic body 14b having an adhesive strength not more than the film-formation roll 12, and a speed difference that can be absorbed by a shear deformation by the elastic body 14b, is given to a contact position between the film-formation roll 12 and the peeling-transferring roll 14.</p> |
