<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a FRET probe capable of quantitatively detecting 18SrRNA in high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The FRET probe for detecting 18SrRNA includes a first probe and a second probe hybridizable adjoining each other in the 631st to 725th region of a nucleic acid comprising a base sequence described in SEQ. ID.
