<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can obtain sufficient tenseness and stiffness of hair while imparting smoothness upon wetting and smoothness after drying. <P>SOLUTION: The a hair cosmetic contains following components (A) to (C): (A) a tertiary amine compound or its salt of 0.3 to 5 mass%; (B) a polyoxypropylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant expressed by following general formula (1) of 0.01 to 1 mass%: R<SP POS="POST">21</SP>O(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH(CH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>)O)<SB POS="POST">m</SB>H (1) (wherein, R<SP POS="POST">21</SP>denotes a 8 to 10C straight chain or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group; and m denotes the number of 0.5 to 4 by mass average); and (C) an N-propionyl polyethylene imine-methylpolysiloxane copolymer of 0.01 to 4 mass%, and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
