<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new phagocytosis inhibitor suitable for bleaching cosmetics and the like, and to provide an external preparation for skin, containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The phagocytosis inhibitor includes a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein, X is methylene, carbonyl, hydroxymethine, or alkoxymethine having a 1 to 6C straight or branched alkyl chain; R<SB>1</SB>is H, or a 1 to 50C hydrocarbon group in which one or more carbon atoms may be replaced by one or more oxygen atoms; R<SB>2</SB>is a saturated hydrocarbon group or unsaturated hydrocarbon group which may have one or more OH groups or alkyloxy groups; m<SB>1</SB>is an integer of 5 to 15; m<SB>2</SB>is an integer of 0 to 3; m<SB>3</SB>is an integer of 0 or 1; and m<SB>4</SB>is an integer of 1 to 5), its isomer and/or their pharmacologically acceptable salts, and an external preparation for skin contains the phagocytosis inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
