<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue preservation solution which further elongates the preservative period of a biological tissue without deteriorating the function of the tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The biological tissue preservation solution is a solution for preserving a biological tissue in a nonfreezing state, and contains albumin. Preferably, the solution contains albumin in a concentration of 0.1 to 5% or serum in a concentration of 5 to 30%. More preferably, the solution contains 50 to 240(mmol/L) of trehalose, 10 to 140(mmol/L) of sodium, 4 to 140(mmol/L) of potassium, 12 to 65(mmol/L) of a substance selected from a group consisting of H2PO4- and HPO42-, and 15 to 150(mmol/L) of a substance selected from a group consisting of CL-, HCO3-, CO32-, organic acid and organic acid anions, and has an osmotic pressure of 270 to 450(mOsm/L) and a pH of 7 to 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
