A moving product web(2) is at least partially located on a winder(3) in a method for inspecting and tailoring a predefined spot of the moving product web(2). Both L, a relative driving length of the product web(2), and α, a rotation angle of the related winder(3) are captured. And then, LTOT, an absolute driving length of the moving product web(2) is calculated by the values. A camera(34) captures the moving product web(2). A camera value is compared with a reference value(36) and stored together with LTOT, the absolute driving length of the moving product web(2) in a file(37). A defect spot of the moving product web(2) is moved by help of the file(37) later. Therefore, the defect spot is easily separated from the moving product web(2). |
