The present invention relates to anti-expansion members for non-pneumatic wheels and non-pneumatic wheels using the same, more specifically, to anti-expansion members for non-pneumatic wheels and non-pneumatic wheels using the same which are detachably inserted into gaps between spokes of non-pneumatic wheels to restrict horizontal expansion of the spokes to disperse weights applied to the wheels in a circumferential direction, thereby improving a cushion function and increasing durability. According to the present invention, the anti-expansion members for non-pneumatic wheels and the non-pneumatic wheels using the same comprise: first and second head parts supporting the gaps between the spokes of the non-pneumatic wheels; and a connection part connected and installed between the first and second head parts.
