In the present invention. a sugar graphene or sugar carbon nanotube, and sugar carbon nanotube yarn composed of carbon 100% without impurities in sugar are formed by 1. forming sugar carbon and sugar graphite composed of 100% pure carbon without impurities by carbonizing and graphitizing sugar, and putting the same in a ball mill and finely grinding to form a fine carbon powder, and a fine sugar graphite powder; and 2. forming a catalytic fine sugar carbon powder and a catalytic fine sugar graphite powder by adding a catalytic nanopowder which is any one selected among a catalytic (Fe, Ni, and Co) nanopowder to a fine sugar carbon powder or a fine sugar graphite powder, and producing sugar graphene, sugar carbon nanotube, or sugar carbon nanotube yarn. |
