Provided is a technology for generating a stable mixed fluid capable of greatly improving the dispersion performance by uniformly mixing hydrophilic substances and hydrophobic substances to be dispersed using ultrasonic waves, and of minimizing phenomena that the hydrophilic substances and the hydrophobic substances are separated from each other even after time elapses. The device for dispersing and mixing fluids using collected ultrasonic waves according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fluid storage unit for storing a mixed fluid in which at least two fluids containing hydrophilic substances and hydrophobic substances are mixed, and including a first connection unit and a second connection unit connected to a fluid flowing passage, which provides passages through which the mixed fluid flows, to make the mixed fluid flow through the fluid flowing passage; a fluid dispersion unit for collecting ultrasonic waves in one passage of the fluid flowing passage, and dispersing fluids contained in the mixed fluid by the collected ultrasonic waves when the mixed fluid flows through the passage; and a fluid circulation unit for making the mixed fluid of a part, which is relatively less dispersed in the mixed fluid, flow from the fluid storage unit to the fluid dispersion unit through the first connection unit, and circulating the mixed fluid to make the mixed fluid dispersed by the fluid dispersion unit, flow to the fluid storage unit through the second connection unit. |
