The purpose of the present invention is to provide an exterior component-equipped electric wire having an exterior component formed separably from the electric wire, and a wire harness having the exterior component-equipped electric wire. The exterior component (5) of this exterior component-equipped electric wire (2) is integrally formed with the wire (6) which is bundled in a wire bundle (3), said exterior component (5) being provided with a locking part (27) which engages with an attachment hole in a panel, and with a mounting unit (14) which mounts the wire bundle (3) routed in the panel. The mounting unit (14) is provided with engaging claws (17, 18) which engage the electric wire (6) and release the engagement with said electric wire (6) when the electric wire (6) is displaced in a direction away from the exterior component (5). |
