PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment control system that can adjust a bearing abrasion monitoring device on the spot without taking the trouble to send the bearing abrasion monitoring device back to a factory when a bearing abrasion monitoring device is replaced, and eliminates the need for bearing replacement, an adjustment method for a bearing abrasion monitoring device, and a bearing abrasion monitoring device.SOLUTION: An adjustment control system 40 includes: a function of performing digital communication with a bearing abrasion monitoring device using infrared communication equipment 41 of an E monitor 30; a database 44 which stores adjustment data for generating signals of a plurality of detection coils fitted to a canned motor and a recorded signal (reference waveform) as representative a logging record; a signal gathering and signal generating unit 42 which outputs a recorded signal in the bearing abrasion monitoring device 10 as a pseudo-waveform; correction means of acquiring displacement by the pseudo-waveform from the bearing abrasion monitoring device and correcting the displacement by previously known displacement; a control device 43 which controls those devices; and a user interface 45 for operating the control device 43. |
