<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric sensor capable of performing position detection and load detection within the piezoelectric sensor.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor 10 includes a piezoelectric layer, a first electrode 12 laminated on the piezoelectric layer, a second electrode 13 overlapping the first electrode, a first detector 21 connected with the first electrode, and a second detector 22 connected with the second electrode. The first electrode includes a plurality of pattern electrodes arranged in one direction. The pattern electrode includes: an L type reference electrode 123 of L-shape; and n-pieces of L type electrodes 124 of L-shape having an end side on an extension line of an end side of the L type reference electrode and arranged from two sides of the L type reference electrode to outward with an interval. The second electrode includes a plurality of band electrodes arranged in the one direction and covering the pattern electrode. The first electrode detector includes an L type reference electrode detector 210 connected with each L type reference electrode of the pattern electrode, and an L type electrode detector connected with each L type electrode of the pattern electrode. The second detector includes a plurality of band electrode detectors connected with a plurality of band electrodes 130, 131, and 132, respectively.</p> |
