<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for attaching a member to another member with improved assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: A contact part 22A of a base body 22 of the clip 20 is brought into contact with an attachment part 16 of a spat 10 stacked on an attachment part 12A of a fender liner 12. An insertion part 40 of a rotation member 24 of the clip 20 inserted through an attachment hole 18 formed in the attachment part 12A of the fender liner 12 and the attachment part 16 of the spat 10 and a through-hole 30 formed in the base body 22 of the clip 20 is rotated around a shaft part 42 in a direction in which a holding part 44 of the rotation member 24 comes close to the contact part 22A of the base body 22. The attachment part 12A of the fender liner 12 and the attachment part 16 of the spat 10 are held with the holding part 44 of the rotation member 24 and the contact part 22A of the base body 22.
