<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified food product excellent in the balance between the mellow flavor of roast sesame and the flavor of spices, and improved in these flavors. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified food product containing the ground roast sesame and the spices is characterized in that (1) the odor index of the ground roast sesame contained in 100 g of the food product is 22 or more and 32 or less, (2) the odor index of the spices contained in 100 g of the food product is 25 or more and 38 or less, and (3) the content ratio of an oil phase to the entire food product is 15 wt.% or more and 65 wt.% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
