Method of producing fiber-reinforced composites comprising:
- producing a silicon carbide matrix by impregnating an array of fibers by at least one silicon precursor and at least one carbon precursor together with hydrogen, through a chemical vapour infiltration process, wherein said carbon precursor contains at least one À-bond.
