An electronic device comprises electrically connected first and second electronic components. The first and second electronic components individually include electrically connected pad units. The pad units individually comprise: a first pad row including pads extended along each extension line, and a second pad row including pads extended along each extension line. Pads of the first pad row comprise: first pads practically converging extension lines to a first position; and second pads practically converging extension lines to a second position different from the first position.
