<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately and simply evaluating a molecule association structure of an intercellular lipid by accurately extracting a signal resulting from the intercellular lipid from a Raman spectrum of skin. <P>SOLUTION: The method for evaluating a molecule association structure of an intercellular lipid includes the steps of: measuring a spectrum of a horny cell layer of skin by Raman spectroscopy; eliminating an extent of contribution of a hydrous defatted horny cell layer from the measured spectrum to acquire a spectrum from which a signal specific to an intercellular lipid is extracted; and evaluating a molecule association structure of the intercellular lipid with the signal specific to an intercellular lipid as an index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
