Provided is water soluble cutting oil including water-dispersible organic/inorganic hybrid nanoparticles manufactured by performing core-crosslink on a bridged organic silica precursor having an amphiphilic polymer chain, which is represented by chemical formula 1, through a hydrolysis-condensation reaction. In the chemical formula 1, A is polypropylene triol or glycerol, and reacts with an isocyanate group of B to form a urethane bond; B is a diisocyanate compound, and one isocyanate group forms a urethane bond by reacting with a hydroxyl group of the A, and another isocyanate group forms a urethane bond by reacting with a hydroxyl group of C or forms a urethane bond by reacting with a hydroxyl group of D; the C is alkoxysilane including a hydroxyl group or an amine group, and the hydroxyl group or the amine group forms a urethane bond or a urea bond by reacting with the isocyanate group of the B; and the D is polyethylene glycol, and the hydroxyl group forms a urethane bond by reacting with the isocyanate group of the B. |
