The present invention relates to a sap collecting device for automatically collecting sap by cutting the outer skin of a tree (especially, a rubber tree) along with a diagonal line to make sap flow out therefrom. The sap collecting device comprises: a first position control unit which is installed along a first axis parallel to the length direction of a tree, and configured to guide a first moving member along the first axis; a second position control unit combined with the first moving member, installed along a second axis inclined to the first axis at a predetermined angle, and configured to move a second moving member along the second axis; a cutting unit combined with the second moving member, and configured to cut the outer skin of the tree; and a vertical moving connection unit configured to connect the movement of the second moving member along the second axis with the movement of the first moving member along the first axis. |
