The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a cable drum including a hollow paper tube and a cable drum manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a cable drum including a hollow paper tube capable of manufacturing a hollow paper tube having a large diameter by using an adhesive composition which has a short drying time without the degradation of adhesion strength and is harmless to humans, and a cable drum manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of the cable drum including the hollow paper tube and the cable drum manufactured thereby are for adhesion of the hollow tube capable of reducing human body maleficence through the combination of non-toxic materials by replacing a polyvinyl acetate based compound with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in a traditional polysol adhesive. The compound of the present invention is harmless to humans and can reduce the drying time. Thus, the adhesion time for manufacturing the hollow paper tube can be remarkably reduced. Accordingly, the production of the hollow paper tube having a large diameter which is difficult to produce with the traditional polysol adhesive is possible and the cable drum can be manufactured by using the hollow paper tube having a large diameter. |
