The present invention relates to a dust collection control system using a bag filter, capable of saving production costs, and stably controlling dust collection by controlling a signal processing operation and a power supply operation of configurations comprising a timer board, a diaphragm valve, or an exit damper for each bag filter compartment, which have been performed through a conventional PLC panel, to be processed through a local control panel. To achieve this end, the dust collection control system using a bag filter comprises: a plurality of bag filter compartments comprising an exit damper, a timer board, and a plurality of diaphragm valves; a distribution panel which distributes power to bag filter compartments; and a PLC panel which controls the drive of the timer board, the exit damper, and the diaphragm valves. The dust collection control system using a bag filter comprises: a local control panel; a timer board; and an exit damper. The local control panel: redistributes power supplied from the distribution panel to the timer board and the exit damper, installed in each bag filter compartment; controls the operation of the timer board or the exit damper, installed in each bag filter compartment, by receiving a control signal or a processing signal transmitted from the PLC panel; and monitors the states of the timer board, the diaphragm valve, or the exit damper to transmits the same to the PLC panel. The timer board is installed in each bag filter compartment, and controls the drive of the diaphragm valves installed in the bag filter compartments by using the power supplied through the local control panel. The exit damper is installed in each bag filter compartment, receives the power through the local control panel, and is turned on/off according to the control signal of the PLC panel received through the local control panel. |
