A length of human or artificial hair 6 may be attached to connector 1 (Fig 7a 7c). The connector and the hair extension may then be attached to the users own hair using a ball lock 7 which may be a deformable device. The connector is affixed in position on the users own hair via a closing or crimping tool to deform the ball lock. The connector may be made in a variety of shapes suitable to prevent it from being withdrawn from the closing device. The connectors may be made from a nylon material and the ball lock may be made from a copper/alloy for ease of deformation. A series of extensions may be held using a bar (33, Fig 9). |
