A connector 1, arranged to rotatably connect first and second tubular parts 3, 5 together in an end to end configuration in which the adjacent ends of the first and second tubular parts are aligned on a common axis. When the connector is in a first state, the first and second parts can be axially rotated relative to each other, whilst in a second state the parts are rotatably locked together so that they may not rotate relative to each other. The connector may include an annular first insert 11a to be mounted in an end of the first part, a second insert 11b to be mounted in the adjacent end of the second part, and a locking part 19 operable from the outside of the first and second parts. The connector may be of use in transforming a vehicle between a tricycle and scooter form (figures 1 and 2). |
