<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register location information and a security function in association and easily verify/modify the registration later on. <P>SOLUTION: A portable phone 1 comprises: a display unit 40 for displaying an image; and a storage unit 20 for storing image data with location information attached. The portable phone 1 displays an image of the image data with location information on the display unit 40, and also identifies security setting information indicating contents of restriction on functions in its own portable phone.
