<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity storage system including an electricity storage device improved in safety. <P>SOLUTION: An electricity storage system 100 comprises: a tank 3 storing a fluid; an electricity storage device 4 performing charge/discharge; and temperature adjustment means 14 which has a passage 6 for a storage battery for circulating the fluid in the tank and performs heat exchange between the fluid in the passage 6 for a storage battery and the electricity storage device 4 to adjust a temperature of the electricity storage device 4. The electricity storage system 100 is provided with abnormal-time water supply means allowing water in the passage 6 for a storage battery to outflow outside the passage 6 for a storage battery and supplying the water into the electricity storage device 4, when the electricity storage device 4 is in an abnormal state. Accordingly, when the electricity storage device 4 is in an abnormal state, water is supplied into the electricity storage device 4 to directly cool the electricity storage device 4 and temperature can be reduced, so that safety of the electricity storage device 4 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
