<p>The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite molded body with a high joint strength. This method for manufacturing a composite molded body, wherein a metal molded body and a resin molded body are joined together, comprises: a first step in which, in the joining surface of the metal molded body, which joins with the resin molded body, a concave section having a maximum depth of 10 to 1000 mum and having openings with an average diameter (Db) of 1.0 to 1000 mum, or a groove having a maximum depth of 10 to 1000 mum and having openings with an average width (Wb) of 1.0 to 1000 mum is formed; a second step in which, in the joining surface of the metal molded body, wherein the concave section or groove has been formed, a concave section having openings with an average diameter (Ds) of 0.01 to 50 mum, or a groove having openings with an average diameter (Ws) of 0.01 to 50 mum is formed; and a third step in which, subsequently, a composite molded body is obtained by positioning an area that includes the joining surface of the metal molded body in a mold, and using a resin that serves as the resin molding body to form an insert.</p> |
