摘要 <p>The invention provides an injection molding machine and a centering method of the same. An optical displacement sensor and a reflection plate, which are mounted on a rotatable table, are arranged on a mold to orient the measurement axis thereof to an inner peripheral surface of a centering ring as a reference surface of a gate of a mold. A distance measuring device is located where the rotational axis of the rotatable portion is not coincident with the central axis of the sprue opening of the mold. The rotational axis of the distance measuring instrument is adjusted so that the measurement axis of the distance measuring instrument does not intersect with the central axis of the sprue opening of the mold. Then, the center opening of the injectors is found with reference to the center of the sprue opening of the mold in which it is the intersection of the two axes. Furthermore, the position of the injection nozzle is adjusted so that the two center points are congruent.</p>
