<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of fixing steps of a top plate to a bracket by fixing the top plate to the bracket fixed to a wall or the like to support the top plate in a stable state by the bracket, and by directly fixing the top plate to the bracket via a clip without using a screw. <P>SOLUTION: One or two more rail bodies 11, 12 are provided so as to extend horizontally, and the rail bodies 11, 12 are fixed to a wall 13 through a bracket 14. The rail bodies 11, 12 and a top plate 23 covering the top surface of the bracket 14 are provided so as to extend along the rail bodies 11, 12. The top plate 23 is fixed to the bracket 14.
