<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for detecting double steel plate, which can accurately detect double steel plate that is hung on a conveyor roller table while two steel plates are overlapped on each other. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for detecting double steel plate includes: upper displacement gauges 4a-4g arranged above the conveyor roller table 2 along a width direction of a steel plate 1; lower displacement gauges 5a-5g arranged under the conveyor roller table 2 while facing the upper displacement gauges; a determining device 6 for determining whether steel plates are doubly overlapped on each other from a surface displacement of the steel plate measured by the upper displacement gauges 4a-4g and the lower displacement gauges 5a-5g; a profile image forming device 7 for forming a profile image of the steel plate from each measurement value measured by the upper displacement gauges 4a-4g and the lower displacement gauges 5a-5g; and a display device 8 for displaying a determination result of the determining device 6 and also displaying a profile image formed by the profile image forming device 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
