The stent graft delivery device (10) includes a shaft (14) on which the stent graft (12) is placed on the distal side; a sheath (16) which is slidable outside of the shaft (14); a handle (18) which is provided on the proximal side of the shaft (14) and the sheath (16); and an operation unit (20) which is provided with a switch mechanism (38). When a rotating member (30) is rotated in a state of pressing a switch member (60) of the switch mechanism (38) inward, the sheath (16) moves backward and the shaft (14) moves forward using the handle (18) as a reference.
