The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing puffed egg white food. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing an egg white liquid by separating egg white from an egg or a duck egg; coagulating the egg white liquid by heating the egg white liquid; preparing slices of the coagulated egg white liquid; preparing dried slices by drying the slices; and increasing the volume by puffing the dried slices. |
