<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner cutter that can lessen the number of components and has a simple structure and reduces manufacturing cost and hardly requires maintenance for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: In the corner cutter that can cut a square edge of a sheet material at a designated shape, the corner cutter includes a base part having a mounting surface which can mount the sheet material, a fixed blade arranged on the base part and arranged on a plane coplanar to the mounting surface of the sheet material, a movable blade having a plane end edge equal to the plane shape of an end edge of the fixed blade and arranged at an upper part of the fixed blade and being movable in the vertical direction, and a movable member which is arranged to be movable in the vertical direction at an upper part of the movable blade and can push down the movable blade. A movable blade pushing mechanism, which can make the movable blade move downward when pushing the movable blade with the movable member and pushes the end edge of the movable blade in a direction brought into contact with the end edge of the fixed blade, is formed between the movable member and the movable blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
