<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner control device that easily converges within a certain normative operation range while introducing flexibility to balance between energy-saving performance and comfort. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner control device 1 includes: a set value changing speed determination part 32 for determining a set value changing speedα(n) when a control set value Tset is changed from a reference set value Tini to a mitigation target set value Tsv on the energy-saving side; a demand evaluation part 33 for evaluating a demand amount with respect to thermal environment of a space to be controlled at regular time intervals; a set value determination part 34 for changing the control set value Tset from the reference set value Tini to the mitigation target set value Tsv at the set value changing speedα(n); and an equipment control part 2 for controlling a control equipment 4 so that room temperature of the space to be controlled corresponds to the control set value Tset.
