The present invention is to provide a position adjusting apparatus to control a three-axis movement of a projector to project an image, which is is mounted in the projector, wherein the projector is in ball contact with at least three points with respect to the ground to be slid alongside the ground. The position adjusting apparatus comprises: at least one stopper to limit the sliding of the projector, wherein the stopper is placed apart from the ground when the projector is slid, and contacts the ground upon limiting the sliding of the projector. Therefore, provided are the position adjusting apparatus which can conveniently adjust a three-axis direction location, and the projector having the same. |
