The present invention relates to a film transfer device. More specifically, the present invention constantly maintains a tension applied to a transfer film to prevent, in advance, a defect in transfer. According to the present invention, the film transfer device comprises: an unwinding roll where the transfer film is wound; a winding roll where the transfer film unwound from the unwinding roll is wound; a feeding motor rotating the winding roll to transfer the transfer film from the unwinding roll to the winding roll; a transfer table installed between the winding roll and the unwinding roll, and vacuum-adsorbing the transferred transfer film to enable the transfer film to be attached to a substrate mounted on an upper surface; and a tension maintaining motor rotating the winding roll and the unwinding roll in opposite directions to each other to constantly maintain a tension of the transfer film transferred from the unwinding roll to the winding roll. |
