<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking device for a tire which applies marking on a side surface of the tire without causing a marking failure. <P>SOLUTION: The marking device 7 for the tire includes a mark stamp 21 which performs marking by pressing a marking tape 13 held over a surface of the tire T on the surface.
