The present invention provides a refrigerant coupler of a flake ice manufacturing machine, wherein a process of assembling a mounting chamber is separated from a housing assembly during a process of assembling a refrigerant coupler and a performance of preventing refrigerant is tested in a state of separating the refrigerant coupled from a refrigerant tube block, and assembling the housing and a mandrel at the same time. More specifically, because the refrigerant coupler of the present invention is independent during a complete product shape before assembling the ice manufacturing drum and is assembled by unit, the performance of preventing refrigerant of the refrigerant coupler is capable of being tested without assembling the ice manufacturing drum. Also, because the complete product refrigerant coupler of which the performance was tested during an assembling process of the ice manufacturing drum of the ice manufacturing machine and the ice manufacturing drum are simply assembled in a mechanical manner, the performance of the refrigerant coupler which was tested with regard to the performance of preventing refrigerant in the ice manufacturing machine is unchangingly reflected in the complete product of the ice manufacturing machine. As such, the present invention improves a fatal defect of deteriorating the performance of the ice manufacturing machine due to a refrigerant leakage from the refrigerant coupler, and preserves the refrigerant for a long time to be capable of economically use the refrigerant coupler. |
