摘要 The present invention relates to a system and a method for constantly monitoring a wiring fault using a reflected wave analysis by comparing initial state values, and more specifically, to a system and a method for constantly monitoring a wiring fault using a reflected wave analysis by comparing initial state values which use a reflected wave to constantly monitor a type and a location of a fault of a cable. The system for constantly monitoring a wiring fault using a reflected wave analysis by comparing initial state values according to the present invention comprises: a transmission unit to adjust a magnitude of a measurement signal to transmit the measurement signal to a target measurement line; a reception unit to adjust a magnitude of a reflected signal reflected from the target measurement line and convert the reflected signal into a digital signal; and a control and analysis unit to control the transmission unit and the reception unit in an initial state measurement mode to measure and store an initial state of the target measurement line according to a state of the target measurement line and in a fault detection mode to compare a current measurement value of the target measurement line with a measurement value of the initial state and analyze a comparison result. Line analysis data which are initial state values are compared to improve reliability of a fault detection system. Additionally, the initial state of a cable in a hot line state is measured and compared with the current measurement value to improve reliability, and operation in an uninterruptible state is possible.
