The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation assembly capable of one-way cutting in a longitudinal direction, and a manufacturing method of the vacuum insulation assembly. The present invention provides a gear block type vacuum insulation material manufactured by manufacturing insulation core materials in a stick type, positioning the core materials at regular intervals, and consecutively forming vacuum insulation blocks and connecting parts at regular intervals by compressing with a first surface covering material, and a manufacturing method thereof; and a double-packed vacuum insulation assembly which is formed by cornerwise overlapping saw-toothed parts of the gear block type vacuum insulation material, and attaching the saw-toothed parts to a second surface covering material, and is capable of being cut and used in a one-way or two-way manner, and a manufacturing method thereof. |
