Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a back side cover of a mobile phone. The present invention comprises: a supply unit for supplying a fabric; and a forming unit including an upper mold forming a fixed core having a forming recess to be appropriate for a shape of a formed product and a lower mold forming an active core corresponding to the fixed core and connected to an external raw material injection unit, wherein the upper mold includes: a fabric cutting unit formed in front of the fixed core and the active core and perforating and cutting some portion of the fabric to form a gate position communicated with the raw material injection unit; and a finishing and cutting unit formed behind the forming unit, and cutting and finishing edges of the formed product of which forming process is finished. Thereby, the present invention forms the back side cover of the mobile phone with a synthetic resin, whereas forming the back side cover integrated with the fabric to expose the fabric on the external surface, so the appearance can get more elegant according to a material and a shape of the fabric, the product can be manufactured to enhance grip, and such a product manufacturing procedure can be realized via a series of automation processes to drastically enhance manufacturing productivity. |
