FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prefabricated construction of light-weight walls, namely to construction of load-carrying faces or load-carrying light-weight faces, i.e. faces that contribute nothing to stability of the building. A member stable to air transfer and heat- and hydrotransfer in construction industry includes a panel based on a hydraulic binding substance, the outer surface of which is fully or partially covered with a polymer film obtained by polymerisation under action of radiation; the frame and the connecting component stable to air transfer and to heat- and hydrotransfer, besides, the above member contains no film material stable to air transfer and to heat- and hydrotransfer.
