FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: doser contains a support, a feeding bin, a vertical shaft, a charger, a dosing head and a device for dosaged dough pieces output. The charger is represented by rolls with the rolls cylindrical surfaces profiled with division cells forming longitudinal and crosswise rows. On the surface of the dosing head division chambers are made positioned in a row in accordance with the longitudinal rows of the charger rolls division cells. The charger rolls are positioned so that to be able to span over the division chambers cavities on both sides. In one version, the device for dosaged dough pieces output is equipped with a moulding plate with calibration channels matched with the dosing head division chambers. In another version, the device for dosaged dough pieces output is integrated into a carriage base and is equipped with rows of calibration channels.
