FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: balancing method of rotor assembly when shaft is preliminary divided to sections, directions of the radial runout of the sections are determined, shaft and installed rotor elements are balanced. During the rotor balancing direction of the residual unbalances of the shaft sections and rotor elements is kept towards the side opposite to the maximum radial runout of the rotor shaft sections, at that residual unbalances are determined: for unbalance in middle from equation:for unbalances at rotor periphery from equation:where Iis permitted residual rotor unbalance, Iis residual unbalance of rotor middle part, Iis residual unbalance of the rotor section, M is rotor weight, Mis weight of the rotor middle part, Mis weight of the rotor section, lis distance of C.G. of the rotor section from C.G. of the rotor.EFFECT: increased dynamic stability of the rotor during passing of the first critical frequency.2 dwg |
