Described are a method and a device for being reliable and accurately measuring a psycho-physiological parameter of an object. The measuring method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video from a psycho-physiological subject of a subject through a video; measuring a vibration parameter of the subject from the video; generating a biological signal image based on the vibration parameter; and generating a psycho-physiological reaction parameter of the subject processing the biological signal image.
