FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: screw pile includes a screw shaft equipped with a nut located and fixed on soil surface. The screw shaft is arranged along the perimeter as a hollow cylindrical surface made of even number of at least four alternately connected strips of rectangular shape folded in the vertical plane in the longitudinal direction and bent on the cylindrical holder along helical lines in the transverse direction to form helical lines along the perimeter outside the screw shaft and helical curved surfaces in the form of helical grooves of concave shape relative to the axis of symmetry of the helical surface with centres of curvature outside the helical surface. Strips are made to form teeth in the form of equilateral triangles at one side of strips, and even strips are longer than odd strips by height of teeth.EFFECT: easier submersion of a shaft into soil, simplified manufacturing and expansion of process capabilities.8 dwg |
