FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the area of automatics and may be used in load switching devices with pulsed current consumption from the source of direct-current voltage. According to the first version the task is solved by the fact that the switch of power supply circuit comprises a key (2) included into the switch of power supply circuit (1) in series with load (3), storage capacitor (4) and field-effect transistor (5) switched on in series and coupled to power supply circuits in parallel to load (3), stabilitron (8), the first resistor (7) and the second capacitor (6) forming in-series integrating RC-circuit connected in parallel to the load, at that the second capacitor (6) of the integrating RC-circuit and stabilitron (8) are coupled to control input of the field-effect transistor. According to the second version the task is solved by the fact that the switch of power supply circuit comprises a key (2) included into the switch of power supply circuit in series with load (3), storage capacitor (4) and field-effect transistor (5) switched on in series and coupled to power supply circuits in parallel to load (3), stabilitron (8), two resistors (10, 7) and the second capacitor (6) connected in series and coupled in parallel to load (3), at that the first resistor (7) and the second capacitor (6) form an in-series integrating RC-circuit, the second capacitor (6) of the integrating RC-circuit is coupled to control input of the field-effect transistor (5), and stabilitron (8) is coupled in parallel to the integrating RC-circuit. Besides according to the first and second versions in the switch of power supply circuit there is an additional resistor (9) connected in parallel to the field-effect transistor (5) in series to storage capacitor (4). Moreover, according to the first and second versions in the switch of power supply circuit there is a diode (11) connected back-to-back to storage capacitor 6 - C1.EFFECT: improved reliability of control equipment, increased operational resource, reduced interference in power supply circuits by exclusion of extreme starting currents and simplified technical implementation of the device.6 cl, 4 dwg |
