FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: gas temperature is determined in the work cavity of the rotor machine, in its hollow casing two rotors are installed, each has two shoulders and two depressions. The gas temperature in the work cavity of the rotor machine is determined as temperature measured by single sensor secured in one depression of one of two rotating rotors. On one of two shoulders of the counter rotors a groove is made to prevent the temperature sensor damage by this rotor shoulder during the rotors rotation. To prevent gas overflows from HP cavity the groove profile in the rotor cross-section is transition curve with trajectory of movement of the sensor surface during the rotors rotation considering equidistant decreasing by value of the minimum clearance.EFFECT: increased accuracy of the gas temperature measurements in the work cavity of the rotor machine.1 dwg |
