The present invention provides an apparatus to convert powdered bones into cremated remains, comprising: a housing of which an inside is opened or closed by a door; a preparation chamber formed on an entrance of the housing; a discharge chamber formed on an exit of the housing; a heating chamber formed to communicate between the preparation chamber and the discharge chamber; a cooling chamber formed on one side of the discharge chamber; a crucible entering means formed in the preparation chamber, allowing a horizontal transfer support having a crucible mounted thereon to be entered into the heating chamber; a heating means formed in the heating chamber, and fusing the powdered bones received in the crucible by heating the crucible mounted on a horizontal transfer support; a crucible exiting means formed in the discharge chamber, allowing the horizontal transfer support having the crucible heated in the heating chamber to exit to the discharge chamber; a cooling means formed in the cooling chamber, cooling the crucible exiting to the discharge chamber by the crucible exiting means to crystallize the powdered bones having a fusing state in the crucible; a vacuum means formed outside the housing supplying a vacuum state to the inner spaces of the preparation chamber, the heating chamber, and the discharge chamber; and a closing and opening means formed on an entrance of the heating chamber to be capable of closing or opening the heating chamber. |
