FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a hollow block includes the following operations: formation of hollow block walls from a construction material capable of hardening, and their fixation by at least one reinforcement link. These operations are carried out within a single process stage using falsework comprising a separate form for the formation of each wall. Forms are installed to form a cavity between their internal surfaces, extreme parts of at least one link are placed inside the appropriate forms, the central part of at least one link is placed in the specified cavity, afterwards they supply the specified construction material into the forms and maintain it until hardening. Also a version of the method to manufacture a hollow block and falsework for its realisation are described.EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and increased speed of block manufacturing.39 cl, 14 dwg |
