According to one embodiment of the present invention, an electrochromic apparatus includes: a first and a second electrode unit disposed to face each other; an electrochromic layer formed between the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit; a protective layer warping the outside of the electrochromic layer; and a sealing member warping at least one of the protective layer and the first and second electrode units.
